3. Communication can be expressed through written or spoken words, actions (non-verbal) or both spoken words and actions at the same time.
*We have 9 original elements of communication:
1. Speaker - as the source of information and message.
2. Message - are the informations, ideas or thoughts conveyed by the speaker in words or in action.
3. Encoding - is the process of converting the message into words, actions or other forms that the speaker understands.
4. Channel - are the medium or the means such as personal or non-personal, verbal or non-verbal in which the encoded message is conveyed.
5. Decoding - is the process of interpreting the encoded message by the speaker.
6. Receiver - is the recipient of the message, or someone who decodes the message.
7. Feedback - are the reactions, responses, or informations provided by the receiver.
8. Context - is the environment where communication takes place.
9. Barriers - are the factors that affect the flow of communication.
